2006 XLR-V Infrared/Ebony
Need 2006 XLR-V owners and shop/service manuals. Where can I get these? The one service set on ebay today from carboagez just went up $125 in price recently. Where can I get these? I see members quoting $350 for set and is $80 for used owners manual the best price? I am anxious to get these ASAP and previously purchased CD version which was inadequate.

March that's not a bad price jump on it. I paid 149 for mine two years ago and I had been searching for awhile. I have the two book series which covers bumper to bumper and everything in between. Worth every penny. I also had got the cd version which I thought was good but not like the paperback. I put it on my iPad good reference without having to lug those books around. My paperback was used but their weren't any creased pages nor any grease spots. Happy shopping

You paid $150 for the owners manual or the service manuals? The price varies for each year but the 2006 is the most expensive on ebay.
The service manual 3 book set on ebay is $425
The used Owners manual only is $80
Is this a good price? Where else can you buy the factory books?

150 for the service manuals they were from a dealership "used" but like stated the pages weren't even creased. Mine are a 04 edition two books like three inches thick each. They cover everything on or in the car. Fortunately when I purchased the car the previous owner left everything in the glove box. Every sticker that was on the window brochures and six CDs in the changer. Like other said helm is who prints them for GM that's what you want.

If you're buying the shop manuals, you might consider getting a Tech II as well. The shop manuals are great for removal/installation of components, but for troubleshooting, nearly all procedures start with a Tech II diagnostic test, and lead you on the right path to interpret the test results.
