I can't believe I finally have one. Damn. Or almost have one...

It could be as early as today, but will probably arrive Sunday, because I can't contain myself, especially because I like instant gratification, Up until this morning my reality was that shipping would take 10 days to 2 weeks. So 3 days IS instant gratification! More later people.

Hey, Jeff, welcome to the site, and congrat's on your new (to you) ride!

Could you be a little more specific as to your location? The US is a big country, don't ya know. The members here have regional get-togethers, and you sure would enjoy meeting other owners, I'll bet. I know I did.

Good to have you on board. Enjoy your ride. :thumbsup

It ts indeed.

Sorry man, I live in Atlanta, at lesat for 3-4 more months. I am moving to the North Georgia mountains, near Blue Ridge, GA. It will nice to be able to drive the mountainous terrain, with little or no impedance. In Atlanta we inch along almost 24 hours a day; that makes driving a task. At any rate, I look forward to sharing this XLR experience with y'all.

You might want to list your location as something like "Peach State".

We have a nice XLR trip scheduled to Va. Beach and the Outer Banks in a few months.

Check out some of our past trips and this upcoming one in "Events".

Welcome aboard, and remember, When you leave Atlanta, you're still in Georgia!

Sure sounds to me like the makin's of a country-western song... Kinda like, "I'm so miserable without you, it's almost like havin' you here." Or (my personal favorite), "Get your tongue out of my mouth; I'm kissin' you goodbye."

:chuckle

Congratulations & Welcome !

Gold Mist Rules ! Great looking car and absolutely love the color. Rob (site boss) let me know when I found mine in San Diego in 2013 (also has 35K miles) that there were only 330 made in 06' in Gold Mist. "While XLR's are rare vehicles, Gold Mist is one of the most rare." Enjoy!

Welcome to a great site and good people.

PS to BusaMan: Nice, you welcome a new member to the site and say stuff like that? I knew all along there was something wrong with you. Pervert. :laugh:Welcome back from the CA Desert. ;)
