Help! Replacement Bose Speakers

I recently purchased a 2005 XLR only to find out that it sounds like the speaker behind the drivers position is blown. It sounds crackly and staticy. Any thoughts or guidance on where to pick up a replacement and on installation?

If you mean the seat-mounted speakers, the plastic bezel pops off and there are four screws to remove. When re-installing, torque to 22 in#. Before ordering a replacement, swap a good speaker in to ensure the suspect one is really bad if you don't know how to do resistance checks.
