The GreaT One was entered into my favorite local Car Show on Saturday, June 13, 2015. This is always a fun event with good people, hot dogs and burgers and lots of great cars.
It won "Best Original".
You can see the plaque on the trunk of the GreaT One.
A couple that are friends of Alexis and I brought two cars, his Mustang and her XLR.
Fellow Forum member Bob W brought his XLR as well.
I couldn't stand it, so I returned home and brought Crimson Pearl. All the money raised at this show goes to help deserving families in need.
Bob W and Crimson Pearl both won "Top 25" plaques!
Later that afternoon/evening, the GreaT One attended the "Saturday Night Special" Cruise-in held at Fort Mill, SC on the second Saturday of each month. A friend of mine had encouraged me to bring the GreaT One down there.
About 100 vehicles of all descriptions were there. Hot Rods, Street Rods, Classics, Musclecars and Customs of all varieties. Free tea and lemonade, door prizes and plaques awarded.
The plaque provided by Express Oil Change and Service Center, the Manager's Choice was awarded to the GreaT One!
