Top doesn't recognize car in park

Tech2 shows that the TCM is not recieving the signal that the car is in park. Funny thing is i dont recieve anything in the DIC stating this. Is there a way to jump out the connector to confirm the signal error?
Also where does this signal originate from?

Is there anyone that lives in the Fredericksburg Virginia area that I can plug my Tech 2 into and read the inputs. So i can see if my TCM is functioning right?

New guy pulling up you old thread hoping you found the solution. I'm experiencing a similar issue although I've not scanned it.
Did you find a way to verify the error?
