I must say it turned out nice. We haven't driven Scarlette V yet since the repairs. I guess the real test will be when we take her out and Kevin can see if it is good or not. If not I will let him argue with the insurance company.The new windshield repair technology is really very good... repairs can now be made on cracks up to 24" long. The trick is to have the repairs made as soon as possible after the chip appears, so that minimal dust, dirt, etc. gets into the chip. Windshield repairs, however, are not to be made in the driver's primary field on vision.
