Your right, it was totally worth it. This was my first ticket in close to 15 years and I was smiling the whole time he was in his car writing it. When he pulled me over he asked "are you in a hurry" I said " No, I just bought this beautiful car and I'm driving it home to South Carolina ". When he asked if I knew how fast I was going I told him no, the ride was so smooth like I was barley moving. That's when he told me I was doing 90mph. I made no attempt to talk my way out of the ticket, none at all. I was/am still on cloud 9. I can't believe I actually own this moving, drivable work of art. OMG. I'm 49 years old, retired after almost 31 years in the Army, no way I should be this excited about a car but I am and it feels GREAT! I'm am so happy I found this forum and plan to do my best to contribute for the benefit of all. I look forward to meeting as many of you guys at future XLR events. If anyone else is sitting on the fence about getting one, get off, research and just do it!
