Help! FOB

Yes the wireless fob will work fine... but you will need all new hard keys and matching locks installed into the car.
 
Speaking of FOBs, it seems I've lost/misplaced my #1 FOB for the Vette, anyone have any idea where it might be????? :dunno: :lol:

Good suggestion, Cubby, but I don't have to worry about her wanting to drive the Vette, tried to teach her how to shift in one of my past Vettes--not pretty. . .:bash:

I beg to differ with my colleagues.

I believe the 04's had something different in the fob programming or frequencies. The key was different as well (as noted).

I think the fobs for 04 and 05 are unique - maybe other years as well.


PS to Floyd - I'd look in Maryanne's purse as well!

Rich, you are correct, the '04 FOB is different and can only be used on the '04 model year. The same with '05. '06 and '07 are the same.
