10 places every American should visit

Good list.

I'm proud (lucky) to say I've seen (experienced might be a better word) all ten and Coach has been to all except Taos. I don't think I'd substitute out any of the listed but Yosemite valley in the winter, walking across the Golden Gate Bridge, early morning at Mt. Rushmore, the Freedom Trail in Boston and a night of spectating on the Las Vegas strip would be the add-ons that quickly come to mind. The Ground Zero memorial in the church across the street from the WTC is one I don't know how to recommend - I've been once and was so moved I don't know that I'd be able to go back.

Five out of ten for me.

Sent from my garage door opener using an electric toothbrush and an old Dish Network remote.

8 out of 10 here... Yellowstone is almost in my back yard. Well, about 100 miles away to the nearest entrance.

I'm with Coach, nine outta ten; Taos has never been on my list. Its too bad they don't let anyone fly below the rim of the Grand Canyon anymore, too (I did part of it on a training sortie in a T-38 Talon).

I'd also add Hot Springs AR, Niagara Falls (from the other side), the Kilauea volcano, and for PJ - Mall of the Americas.
