I remember seeing pictures of that when it happened. Like it couldn't of been a couple hundred feet out farther in the lot or something instead of right in the middle of the building!
Did it ever say what the cause of it was right there in that spot?
Can you imagine being the first person to open the building that day?
Cars look great out in front!

A NCM rep told us it set off the alarm & the first person to get there thought there was a fire - the clouds of dust looked like smoke. The exhibit had interesting info about how they found the ones that were completely buried, what position they were in (pointing down, upside down, etc), & what damaged them as between boulders, slabs of concrete, etc. They put some of the boulders out front. They have a tube where you can see down to the bottom of the sinkhole, it’s deep!
I pray all made it home safe. Any information on how to obtain the group photo taken by the museum folks?I remember seeing pictures of that when it happened. Like it couldn't of been a couple hundred feet out farther in the lot or something instead of right in the middle of the building!

Stubby fingers hit wrong buttons - sorry for the “dislike,” it’s not true!
