Anyone in VA that could help me out?

Looking at an XLR in VA, but I'm in Japan and I'd rather have eyes on the car before I commit. The car is a salvage, so I want to make sure I'm getting whats being posted online, ie: straight frame, working top, running condition. I've bought my XLR online from a few pictures, but that was a dealership and they didn't make me second guess the decision once. I have people out in VA, but this community knows more about the XLR and what to look for. If anyone is willing to make the drive, we can work out some sort of agreement.
