Beartooth Highway

Has anyone driven this Hwy? I understand it is an "All-American Road" and has been called "the most beautiful drive in America", but what shape is it in? I will be driving out to Vancouver Island at the end of June, and was thinking on my way back, I might wander this way.

This is in my backyard... well almost. The road is fantastic; a drive not to be missed if you are in the area. To the south of Red Lodge, MT, 75 miles SW of me. It is in fantasic shape... rebuilt two years ago because of wash-outs from snow run-off. If you do come this way... let me know; you are more than welcome to stay with Cindy & I on your way through.
