I like it, much more dimension and substance, but not a radical departure. Not sure I like the new Audi logo.
Speaking of automotive logos, I read years ago the reason Volvos had a diagonal bar on the grill was originally to attach the logo to the grill, not part of the logo itself. The name Volvo comes from the Latin word meaning "I roll". Hah, smug Volvo owners... (there is some absolutley useless information that now that you have read it will probably take valuable gray matter area that you will never get back)
