A friend who restores and paints classic cars did the work. He sand blasted, primed and painted the calipers with a high gloss high temperature black paint. Did not recommend powder coating because it can chip.
I purchased all the brake parts and had them delivered to his shop. The rotors, pads and brake lines were only about a two hour job.
