Manual Shifting

The few (due to weather) small rides around twisty side roads, I can't resist to manually shift the whole time.
Hoping this isn't rough on the car....was wondering if anyone has done this for many miles ?

I enjoy the manual shifts around town, the darn polarized sunglasses makes it hard to see the HUD tho.
