'11 V Wagon & 2 C6 Vettes
Howdy,

I'm new here. I'm a Vette owner that happens to have a CTS V in the garage also. I followed the link from the Corvette Action Centers forums to get here and found a CTS/CTS-V forum. Think I'll spend a little time there once in a while.

Very Cool! Welcome to the forum. We have some great people here.

I'd love to see some pictures of your V-Wagon. I think Cadillac hit it out of the park on that one! What a gorgeous car.

Hope to see you at some events this summer.

That's very cool that you have found your way here with your car .... The XLR forum is very diverse and now this addition (and you) makes it more so .... Love it! Welcome :blinzel:

Welcome! Tell us more about your V Wagon.

First a little history on Tuna.
My wife and I are car people. We met in a Corvette club and have had 2 or more Vettes in the garage ever since. The family car was never up to the level of the Vettes, that is until Cadillac came out with the CTS V back in 2004. We bought a black one and kept it until ordering the new Wagon.

I like the idea of a 'family car' with Vette like performance. I wanted a car that could carry my mountain bikes inside, grandkids, hardware, whatever. The V1 had fold down seats and did it all but the V2 sedan didn't come with fold down seats - it cannot carry my mountain bikes.

Then Cadillac displayed a V Wagon and I told my wife that if they build one, I'll own one. I started talking with my sales manager months ago. When the time came, the regional rep made sure my dealer got the first V Wagon allocation in the area (they are not the biggest dealer) if I bought it. I signed the papers the last Saturday of September and took delivery Dec 7th.

Crystal Red, recaro seats, manual trans, black interior, no sun roof. It appears to be the first V Wagon in Oklahoma. Too bad it's so cold out here - no traction! It's a great car.
