In my searching of cars I came across a 04 ultraviolet which looks like the neiman Marcus but not described as one. The car is listed on carsforsale.com. It has just over 10k on the odometer with a shale interior. Car is listed for 22k and is located in prudenville Mi. Just to clarify I am not affiliated with seller or site just trying to help a member make a match. Happy hunting

It's a scam - owner in England. Car in TX, not MI as stated. 3rd party financiers, etc., etc.
Is Autobytel | New Car Prices, Used Cars for Sale, Auto Prices, Car Pictures and Car Reviews even legit? Pay upfront just to "inspect" the car??

Wow feel bad even referring it then. I can't believe the great length A--holes go through to scam people. Sorry
On the other hand I just looked at a 04 not a scratch on it "mint". 5k on the odometer for 20k. And I physically saw it. Unfortunately I was a day late and someone out of state was able to swoop it up. Good luck on your hunt.

I'll just keep looking. Saw there was a 2007 Platinum liquid amethyst in NJ, but it had sold awhile back. Would've been a short drive for me to go take a look..

i saw an 07 a few months ago on cars.com . listed as blue. it was clearly the amethyst.
when i bought mine the dealer also listed it as xenon blue.
when i called them they said on the phone it was blue. i doubt they were even looking at the car, just reading the online listing.
eventually i confirmed with better pictures, and by the color code in the trunk,
that it was indeed the liquid amethyst. some people dont have a clue about the xlr. if you are hunting, definitely look closely at all the bluish ones!!
anyone seen the ultraviolet and liquid amethyst side by side ??
i think the ultraviolet is a darker shade of purple, while the liquid amethyst is more of a silvery purple.
are they very close in color? or as different as i think they are from pictures...

Hi Marcus. Welcome To The XLR Site. When I walk out into the garage and see Goldie under her car cover, I smile. Every time! I have read all the other members comments and information that they posted, and totally agree.
