Part ?????

I need some help to figure out if this part goes wit the Ambient Air Temp Sensor? A friend tried to help and pull me out of a spot I got into and the bumper and all came off putting everything back together I have this plug that was attached to the wires that lead to the fog lights on the passenger side but not sure what it plugs to any help would be grateful. Thanks In Advance
