This will probably get more attention as a stand-alone post rather than a post-script to my other post by another title.
You already know how useful these are when used with a set of Service Manuals, so here's what's included.
You can take your chances with a cheaper, Chinese-made clone or . . . .
I've got a genuine GM Tech 2 scan tool with all the accessories (including the CANDi module) available for $750, plus shipping ($50). The software is at Rev 29.003, which was current as of 2010 when I bought it. The 32M card can be upgraded online cheaply if you need to work on a later model. The hard case has both plastic latches broken off, (they yielded within the first month of use) so it can be secured with a strap or bungie cord. The Tech 2 itself is in pristine condition.
