Warranty ?

I just purchasd a 06 xlr with 28000 miles from a FL. TOYOTA dealer
runs great looks great. dealer sold me a warranty for $ 2300
its called a HI-tech peferred from UNITED AUTO CARE
2YEARS 48000 MILES.
Then I found out the car has one year left of 100 percent cadillac
warranty. does anyone know if cadillac will extend warranty and at
about what cost. Befor i cancel warranty with united car care.
any advice on warranty would be a big help thank .
