:dunno:Time for another project...I've had several reallly loud vettes with the corsa exhaust. I really don't want my xlr to be loud but I don't love the small oval exhaust. I want something a little more flashy. I had thought about getting round tips. Where could I find some? I saw that Mid America had clip ons, but I'm not sure if they'd fit. The sales person didn't know either. Any suggestions?

I just installed a Corsa exhaust on my '05 - Its not the "sport" version - I think the XLR only comes in the "touring" version. I don't think it sounds that loud - unless you really JUMP on it. I just love the sound. I also like the Corsa tips - a little bit bigger and more chrome (on the inside part as well). I'll get a picture posted shortly. :rocker:

Hey Batgirl,

I was in the same situation as you and decided to go with the C6 Exhaust Tips. I just went on EBay as there is a bunch on there for sale around $50. I then went underneath the car and cut the old ones off then went to my local welder who did it for around $20. The result is fantastic and way better looking then the stock ones. Due note that you have to find a welder who can do stainless steel thou and make sure he does a complete weld all the way around, and not just spot weld it in a few places.

For overall good looks and a nice deep sound, the Lund system is the way to go.
