No fog lights?

I know it may seem silly and I'm just missing something, but how do I turn on the Fog Lights? I've tried every light combo I can and they never trun on. Maby both bulbs are poped?

The switch is on the turn signal. Twist toward dash.

You have to twist the "band" around the stalk to activate the fog lights. A green indicator illuminates on the dash to confirm operation.

Fuse#22 (located in the fuse box under the hood) protects the fog lamp circuit.
