Biltmore visit information

I spoke with Renee' from Biltmore Group Services today, and she has our visit all arranged. We will have special parking for both days, a private group tour of the house on Sunday afternoon after the house closes to the public, a group picture of the cars on Monday morning before the gates open to the public and two day tickets for the house and grounds.
The cost per person for this package is $50.00 (which is cheaper than a one day general admission ticket).
Cubby or myself will be purchasing the tickets for the entire group at one time (per Biltmore's policy), either Saturday afternoon when we get to Asheville, or Sunday morning @ Biltmore Estate's Admission's Office. You will need to pay either of us in cash for your tickets. We will go ahead and purchase the tickets for any of you that may be arriving later on Sunday or Monday; just let us know how many tickets you will need.
You can leave the grounds and return as many times as you like, just make sure you have your tickets with you (if you leave, you may not be able to park in the special parking area when you return). This can be nice for anyone that wants to go back to the hotel during the day.

I spoke with Trina from The Biltmore Estate today. She will bring our admission tickets to our hotel on Saturday April 9th (very nice of her). I need to know how many tickets to have her bring by April 5th. Let me know if you will be joining us @ Biltmore and how many tickets you need, either by posting here or you can send me a PM.

Tickets are ordered!

Our 2 day "Super Special" admission tickets have been ordered and will be waiting for us @ The Holiday Inn, Asheville- Biltmore West when we arrive on Saturday. I can still get more tickets if needed.
It will be perfect Top Down weather in Asheville for our visit.

I called Biltmore today & purchased 2 tickets for The Biltmore House Architect's Tour @ 10:00 am on Sunday April 10th. You can purchase tickets @ the house when we arrive or by phone 800-411-3812. Purchasing your tickets for any of the Specialty Tours in advance assures you of a spot on the tour you want (some tours may sell out).

I have purchased tickets for this Architect's Tour for Sunday, 10th at 10am as well, for Alan and I. Really looking forward to this.

Couple of more hours, couple of conference calls left - and I'm outta here, heading down to Indy! Hope the rainy weather doesn't slow me down too much this afternoon.
