New England XLR & XLR-V Show; Weekend Getaway

I think this is an excellent idea! I just moved to New England and am living in a hotel while house hunting, so I'm pretty busy at the moment. Maybe I can attend next time.

You might consider posting the invite on the other two major XLR sites to increase attendance.

NE weekend

Have been thinking about it and here a few possible locations -

1- Cliff House, Ogunuit,ME. The 300SL club had a gathering there a couple of years ago and they were provided with their own parking area. I saaw at least 10 million dollars worth of Mercs, it was quite a sight. Would love to dazzle them with a dozen or so XLRs. Great spot on the Ocean, close to lots of restaurants and a staff used to gatherings.

2 - Mt. Washington Hotel, Bretton Woods, NH. If we were there in the Fall the scenery is spectacular, lots of great eating spots and it's a great, scenic drive up.

3- Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, CT. A great hotel, lots of entertainment choices and some fun in the casino.

Just few thoughts, let's hear some more suggestions.

Hi Ed, all sounds good to Judy& I.I would like to add the Stage Neck Inn in your area. we go there in the spring,great spot on the water,good parking,packages w/ gourmet meals.we stayed at cliff house and find we like stage neck better.just my .2c's, open to any and all suggestions. remember some of us are going to B G,ky on the 25th.
