BGACC Car Show Saturday Sept. 28

The Bowling Green Assembly Corvette Club will be having their car show (open to all makes & models), on Saturday Sept. 28. You guys could take part in the show if you decide to be in BG that weekend. It's a very nice show held @ the plant.

Tnx Bruce, I just might do that! It would sure be nice to see what the weather is that time of the year verses the summer.
Now all I need to find out is if anyone is going to "The running of the Texas Mile" in Oct. because then I'd go from BG, Southeast to Florida and visit family then around the Gulf to Texas or go Northwest to my Daughter's in Wisconsin Dells, WI.

You could spend 3 weeks there BobFest on 20, this show on the 28th then our 10th yr. Anniversary!

I can see some advantages of being part of a bigger show.

I agree, it would be a nice addition to the event, and give you all a chance to display your XLRs @ the plant where they were built!

Grand Daddy are you & Caddilac Tech officially taking the lead on organizing this?

Just my thoughts: We should start referring to this as a 'HOMECOMING' as I think that concept would get more attention: "2013 XLR Homecoming: Celebrating it's Development" or something like that. Since the first model year is 2014 it would somewhat make sence that it is held in 2014 but the year of it finally coming to production is good too, so the Birth or Development or Arrival may be the way to go about this.

I don't really care what we use for a name Bruce is doing the computer setup work like the voting poll and stuff so what ever he want to use Is fine with me! I was trying to Jump start this event so it did not fade away but I'm willing to help anyway I can!

Interested, but completely dependent upon my medical appointments, etc and Cindy's time off - which is probably going to be about nil after this bout in Colorado. However, would be best mid month to stay way from Cindy's payroll.
