Talked to my girl at the Rennaissance today and had them add more rooms. We have 20 total for both Friday and Saturday. 15 of those are taken already. She said we have until August 6th to get the discount rate.

I also had her reserve the private dining room for Saturday night dinner for around 7:00 or 7:30. Give everyone a chance to come back and clean up. I can cancel if we decide not to go that route,

For anyone coming from the east, 05 Grand Daddy and I are going to stay over in east Columbus on Thursday night and meet up on Friday noon time to travel into Indianapolis. All are welcome to join up with us. Let me know if interested.

I live on the East Side of Columbus. Beth and I are planning on leaving at noon as well and would like to meet up with you and Fireduck to caravan over. It is just 10 miles out of your way, but the Granville Inn is an Inn built in the 1920's that has just been totally restored. We could meet up for dinner on Thursday as well, depending on your arrival time. Just a suggestion, I understand if you are using points or it is a bit pricey ($199/night). We are staying at the Hampton inn just off I70 exit 112 I believe it is. Marianne and I don't have firm plans but should get there late afternoon and would be glad to meet up for dinner Thursday night. Dan and Wendy won't be out till about 9pm at this point.

Wendy is trying to get off earlier but looks like 12:30 will be it, so if we hit the road as soon as she get home we can be rolling by around 1pm we will probably pack a lunch for the road so only stops will be restrooms and at this time I plan to run the Mason Dixon Line route which brings us toll free part of the way and it's the same amount of time as running Pa turnpike then it catches the turnpike around Ohio and Pa line area! I'm thinking 7-7:30 at the earliest if there's no traffic hold up issue , but I know Wendy's & I are going to want to go to the hotel and freshen up so it may be too late for us for Thursday evening dinner! We will see and keep in touch as we will know better what's going on when it gets closer! Here's my cell again to keep in touch 717-465-6777 we look forward to this trip and meeting our old and some new XLR FRIENDS! I know Hatty was planning on leaving very early Friday to head out from Pa and may be able to join up with us if he's passing through about lunch time???
