Well, ho-ho-ho .... Santa came a wee bit early ..... I love my new laptop ... it turns out it's a Sony Vaio ... I think I'm in love !

Merry Christmas ... :xmas:

3 1/2 hours left before our "Eve" starts .... I'm typing on the new one ... Nice to have a keyboard and spacebar that actually works ...

Again, Merry Christmas .... can't wait to wear out another keyboard with you all! :biggrinsanta:

Don't throw the old one out wrap it up and send it off, and I'll let you guess to whom, as it would not matter if the space bar and a few letters did not work.

Have a Merry Christmas will be off line for a week, so everyone enjoy the holidays.

Ho-ho-ho! You are verrrrrrry funny. But why would he need two?????

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas.

RA, Your girls did good!!

Santa (with help from Photo Mom) brought us some nice goodies. I got a really cool wall mounted tire rack;http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/in+your+garage/garage+storage+solutions/liners+%26+racks/heavy-duty+wall+mounted+tire+storage+rack.do?search=basic&keyword=tire+rack&sortby=newArrivals&page=1
With the help of my brother, we already have it mounted and loaded with tires.

I also received a Garmin nuvi 1300 LMT GPS. Kathy received a Canon VIXIA HF R100 HD Camcorder. So now she will have to try and take pictures and shoot video @ the same time while hanging out of the car window.

Awesome to be here leisurely browsing the forum with a new I-pad while chilling in front of the fireplace. Already have the 2010 Madison, Indiana Fall Drive pictures loaded. Santa did it right indeed!

Bruce .... A man with a rack :naughty:

I just can't show that to Ray ... then there would be no room to park Lola!

BTW .... OMG ... Ray had a heart attack watching Kathy last year leaning out that window ... this just might put him over the edge ... Hope she has a ball with that camera.

A new I-Pad ... how cool! One of my daughter's got one .... I can't wait to go over tonight and try hers out .... It took me a month to figure out the Droid.

Sounds like Santa did good this year! :xmas:

Ray is sitting on the couch putting batteries in a 2-way radio set .... our old set was sooooooooooo old that the distance was only 2 miles .... these are like 16 or something .... you know why they were in his stocking? Because one of the girls heard that when you're on a cruise ship sometimes you're so far out to sea that your cell phones don't work, so it's recommended that if you want to 'find your partner' that you wear a 2-way. Ray said he would never have any trouble finding me that I would always be in the casino :D and I told him that I could always find him in the bar ....;) We're such a match.

I got a nice wine rack... that way I can get the bottles out of the boxes and finally find the bottle I want without checking EACH bottle. Yep... Santa did well!! Cindy got diamonds... somehow he always knows what she likes...:blinzel:

I run an app on my IPad that allows me to track the GPS signal from Doris's cell phone when we cruise. Not because I want to find her - I use it to avoid her !

Two guys with racks .... :naughty:

Ray is still using his 'flip' phone .... I love the techie stuff .... he loves the wrenchs and screwdrivers ..

Legit question here .... since guys don't carry purses .... where/how do you carry your Ipads???

Santa was good over here too - Devin and Jared got a new computer (built by my brother and myself) - and Jared finally his very own cellphone (I didn't have one when I was 11). Cindy got some nice clothes.
I have (on its way) a new Cadillac Diecast coming - a CTS V (orginal) racing model. Will go nicely with my 20+ Cadillac/Corvette diecasts. Also got a light for Skye - for our walks in the dark... now he can see where he is peeing. :chuckle
We have one more Christmas next weekend (with my siblings)... because 3 christmas days just aren't enough -

Have a Happy New Year everyone!

I use my IPad to remotely connect to my office-bound computer, allowing me to "tele-commute" from anywhere in the world. The Zaggmate case with it's built-in Bluetooth keyboard gives me a sleek package the size of a legal pad that is tough and lightweight.

Well I don't know about the iPad generation, but for my 10.4" TabletPCs, I have a nylon slip-over sleeve that I keep in the car in case it rains; I have several leather attaches for taking it to the office or on business trips; and a custom oversized backpack for walkabouts. The sleeve and the basic attache have no room for accessories, while the travel attaches and the backpack have room for power cord and peripherals as needed.

We are making some headway on the CarPC docking station mod for FireFox, figured I'd share a bit.

Santa brought me a keypad for my iPad, Bose headphones, and a bunch of stuff. :D Santa knew what I needed.

Marion,

Check out the Clamcase, a few of our guys opted for this model over the one I have. Both work really well, especially if you compose alot of emails, or create any documents.
