Going to my sisters for the feast. Would like to take topless baby but with my sisters Kia and her husbands equinox and moms SRX there is not enough room in driveway. They don't put their cars in garage so the driveway fills up fast.

[Crimson Pearl]

We will not be traveling for Thanksgiving. We will be having our Thanksgiving meal at a locally owned and run cafeteria, which does a pretty good Thanksgiving. That way, we both can have a good meal and then come back home to relax.

Weather is forecast to be 68 degrees and sunny, so we'll probably drive Crimson Pearl out for our meal, and then ride past Best Buy to seee how many people are lined up for Black Friday specials.

We're doing the Crimson Pearl/Cubby route: taking the inlaws out elsewhere and splatting on our couch after.

Pre thanksgiving week. Took topples baby out today. Had the top down and enjoyed the weather. It's going to be in the mid to upper 60's the rest of the week and hopefully till the end of the month. loving the Florida weather. I hope it stays this way till spring.

I'll be "driving miss daisy" (read: Mom) to our homestead in Louisiana so she can visit with 4 of her sisters. Elwood is already in winter storage and I have to rent a full-size car to carry all her luggage, gifts, supplies, etc., etc., etc., kitchen sink, etc.








CORRECTION: All 6 of her sisters! Boy am I in trouble.

Travels

Well, it's nice but weird here: 27ºF here right now, but going to be 74ºF here today -- even warmer than parts of FL!!!

We're hitting the road in a coupla hours to drive to Patrick's part of the world -- Palm Desert, CA (where it's going to be in the mid-80's today). We'll "Snow Bird" it there for 2-3 weeks, then come back (probably thru the snow) for Christmas w/ our son's family (grandkids, yano). Then, after the 1st of the year, we'll head back to the desert to warm up. Thru all this, our XLR ("QUIK Ag") will be snug in the garage; we'll drive the SRX.

Hope y'all have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and travel safely to/from wherever you go.
