Grand daddy. I think you can pm on tapatalk. I just hold my finger on the persons screen name and it throws you to their profile. Then look up at the right screen and you'll see the envelope. Click on the icon and wala.

Can't get it to work it just brings up what on the screen to a full screen shot. Maybe a setting or something?
